Physiotherapy assessment and treatment programmes aim to alleviate your symptoms by restoring normal movement and function of your musculoskeletal system.

Whether you have sustained an acute sports injury, have a long term painful condition or are keen to take preventative measures to maintain an active and healthy lifestyle we have the expertise and knowledge to help.

When pain, stiffness or weakness are present it affects the way our body moves, we quickly develop compensatory strategies such as a limp, avoiding use of a specific joint or overusing certain muscles. These compensations are unhelpful as they lead to poor movement patterns which in turn lead to more pain and reduced function. This often prevents us from doing the activities we enjoy.

Through detailed assessment we aim to identify the underlying reason for these problems and develop a treatment and rehabilitation programme and give expert advice to restore normal function and prevent recurrence of the problem.
